Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday, 26th June, will be shipped on or after Friday, 3 July.

Can I still place an order?
Yes. Our online store remains open throughout the closure. You can browse and purchase as usual - your order will be queued and processed once our warehouse re-opens on 3 July
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday 26 June will be shipped on or after Friday 3 July. We will work through orders in the sequence they were received.
Why is a product showing as out of stock?
During the stocktake, inventory levels may be reduced to zero or appear inaccurate on the site. Stock will be corrected and updated once the warehouse re-opens.
Will there be a delay to my order?
Yes. Normal processing and shipping times will be delayed during the closure. We appreciate your patience and will get your order out as soon as we are back up and running.
I have an urgent order - what should I do?
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it before 12pm on Friday 26 June to ensure it ships before the closure. For questions about an existing order, get in touch with our team below.
